Bibliographic Information Department

Professional activity:

• Provides the processing of all kinds of documents (monographs, series, electronic sources) reaching the Library of the IA CAS in the automated library system ALEPH 500, and their recording in the electronic library catalogue
• Elaborates a selection bibliography of the Czech, Moravian and Silesian archaeology
• Creates the dbase ASEP (Automated System of Publication Registering) for RIV in the library system
• Provides the institute workers, and upon agreement also the interested persons from outside the institute with information, search and methodical services
• Provides the access to selected professional databases
