Research Centers Associated with the Institute

The Insitute of Mathematics participates in the following research centers:

Center for Discrete Mathematics, Theoretical Computer Science and Applications (DIMATIA).
Eduard Čech Center - devoted to exploring geometrical and algebraic approaches in mathematics.
Institute for Theoretical Computer Science (ITI) - devoted to theoretical computer science and the study of discrete mathematical structures.
Nečas Center for Mathematical Modeling - devoted to the study of mathematical properties of models in continuum mechanics and thermodynamics.
