Abstract:

Knowledge system, which has to be designed, will implement basic tasks with geodata: 1. classification of digital images, 2. georeferencing, 3. definition of basic parametres of the gravity field, 4. the analysis of deformation. The first two tasks are concerned in preprocessing of primary image data, so that pictured objects will be correctly automaticaly recognized (classified) and related to a concrete place on the Earth (georeferenced). Main importance of the third task is the accurate hight localization of objects. The fourth task introduces the typical usage of geodata - prediction of behavioration of data in time. Methods of solutions are based on verified methods (theory of probability, geodesy, geophysics, mechanics of continuum), which will be solved and creatively inovated. Whole knowledge system will be implemented on the web server and will provide free and easily accessible tools for sophisticated work with geodata.
