Detailed online subscription information
Full texts of the articles from the online version of the Journal may be downloaded and printed for research purposes for personal use or for internal circulation within the Institution.
All Institutional or personal subscriptions are based on a calendar year.
Institutional electronic version of subscription comprises in IP address driven web authorized access limited to 255 computers. Institutions wishing to negotiate wider access may receive authorised access for more computers on request. This access is defined as access for any computer located at the Authorized Site and remote access by users authenticated to the Authorized Site.
Institutional Subscribers who paid annual subscription rate with web authorised access have the following non-transferable privileges:
- Both the staff and students of the Institution are granted an unlimited access to the full text of the Journal in the current year and previous years for which the web editions are available. The access expires at the end of the current year.
- The Institution must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised use of its IP address.
- If a subscription lapses, access will no longer be permitted to the full text of the journal for the year, or years, during which the Institution held a subscription.
- Remote access is permitted only to users if they normally work, attend classes or conduct business from sites connected with the registered server of the Institution.
The subscribers are not permitted to transfer, sell, rent, forward or distribute access to articles in the Journal to any non-authorized user. The information material obtained from the service must not be:
- transmitted to non-subscribing institutions or persons except for purposes of Interlibrary Loans
- modified or altered to create derivative works including compilations and translations
- systematically downloaded and republished either printed or in electronic format
Licensee may use the digital form of Collection of Czechoslovak Chemical Communications for the purpose of supplying interlibrary loan requests in accordance with the Interlibrary Loan provisions of Section 108 of the US Copyright law and the CONTU Guidelines promulgated thereunder, provided, however, that such requests may only be filled by the licensee printing out a copy of the item to be provided and providing that print copy, or photocopy or fax copy of it, to the requests party.
Personal Subscribers who paid annual subscription rate with web authorised access limited to one computer have the following non-transferable privileges:
- They will be granted access to the full text of issues of the journal for the current year and previous years for which the online edition will be available.
- The personal subscribers must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised use of their IP address.
- If a subscription lapses, access will no longer be permitted to the full text of the journal for the year, or years, during which the subscriber held a subscription.
The subscribers are not permitted to transfer, sell, rent, forward or distribute access to articles in the Journal to any non-authorized user. The information material obtained from the service must not be:
