Participants of the RC28 meeting need to arrange their own accommodation. To simplify that process, we have made arrangements with three hotels in Brno that we would highly recommend for you (see below). We recommend that you make your reservation at one of these hotels as soon as possible. Accommodation will be arranged on a first come first serve basis. There is a time limit for reserving the rooms that have been set aside for you to select from. Please read carefully the information about each hotel.
Recommended steps:
1. Read the information about each hotel and visit the website of each hotel.
2. Choose your preferred hotel.
3. Make a reservation yourself by filling out the online registration form. We have negotiated the prices for you. In order to receive the conference prices, please note RC28 in the online form.
If you would like to make a reservation in another hotel, we cannot guarantee that a room will be available for you. Please make your reservation as soon as possible

Hotel prices include breakfast, service and all taxes, and they may vary according to current exchange rates. Accommodation is on a first come, first serve basis. Early reservations are welcomed.

There are 36 rooms set aside for reservations in this hotel. Rooms are available from 2350 CZK (about 105 USD) for a single standard room and from 2800 CZK (about 125 USD) for a double standard room. You may also reserve executive rooms for 2850 CZK (about 127 CZK) for a single room and 3300 CZK (about 147 USD) for a double room. All prices are in CZK. The roomes have air-conditioning and wifi Internet access. The price includes breakfast, access to the pool, jakuzzi, sauna, and steam room in the fitness centre.
The deadline for making a reservation in Hotel International Brno is currently 4 April 2007.

There are 40 rooms set aside for reservations in this hotel. Rooms are available from 50 EUR (62 USD) for a single room and from 63 EUR (78 USD) for a double room. You may also reserve a suite for 90 EUR (112 USD).

IMPORTANT: Please note RC28 in the Company Registration Number. After submitting the form, the hotel will confirm your reservation to you. (Please note that at the bottom of the registration form you will see an item called "Kontrolni soucet," which is an anti-spam measure created by the hotel. All you need to do is add the two numbers that are given, and enter the sum in the box provided.)
