The aim of the project is the publication of data, gained by the research work of both authors during the grant project reg.- no. 404/00/0547 of the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic. The proposed monograph will summarize the evidence of all phases of the Palaeolithic and Mesolithic exploitation of South Bohemia. The petrological characteristic of the local as well as imported lithic raw materials including their photographical documentation will be significant part of the volume.
