Early Bronze Age hoard finds in Bohemia

The final objective of this presentation is to publish the first complete catalogue of the Early Bronze Age hoard finds from Bohemia. This catalogue contains the description of all find circumstances, detailed description, drawings and photographs of the artefacts found. Archaeological analysis comprehends the description of the appearance and frequency of particular types of artefacts represented within the hoards and their distribution within the settled area of Únětice Culture including technological details such as production, the use traseology and the metallic composition of particular groups of artefacts. A quite new interpretation of the position of the Czech Únětice Culture i between northern and southern production province was presented.

Desired outcome : the publication of the book: „Die Hortfunde der älteren Bronzezeit in Böhmen“ (Early Bronze Age hoard finds in Bohemia).
