Welcome to the Microarray Core Facility!
The Microarray Core Facility is part of the Functional Genomics and Bioinformatics Core at the Institute of Molecular Genetics. The facility has been established in late 2005 as a result of an initial purchase of the Affymetrix GeneChip System. The facility allows the microarray analysis of gene expression, SNP genotyping and resequencing using Affymetrix products. The services of the facility are accessible not only for the internal users, but also to the researchers from other academic institutions.
