- compiling research requirements from the databases available in the ASL and from the Internet;
- author and thematic research, searching for magazines, quote analyses from the databases Web of Knowledge and SCOPUS;
- providing Impact Factor from the Journal Citation Reports (from the JCR database and from the printed version);
