In the Joint Laboratory of the Institute of Physics of the AS CR and the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Charles University a broad spectrum of materials with strongly correlated d- and f-electrons and superconductors is studied under combined extreme conditions – in the temperature range 0.35 K to 350 K, magnetic fields up to 14 T and hydrostatic pressure up to 2 GPa. Two fully equipped Physical Property Measuring Systems (PPMS9 and PPMS14) and one SQUID magnetometer with magnet up to 7 Tesla serve for this purpose. The whole text >>
