The Institute offers postgraduate programs leading to Ph. D. in chemical engineering, physical chemistry, industrial chemistry, biotechnology, and environmental engineering. Besides a predefined research project, the program includes at least four courses related to the topic studied. The postgraduate courses (in Czech language only) are delivered in cooperation with the Institute of Chemical Technology, Prague.
