Electrical and thermal transport


We measure the following properties:

  • Electric resistivity [mΩ cm]
  • Thermoelectric power - Seebeck [µV K-1]
  • Thermal conductivity [W K-1 m-1]
  • Diffusivity [mm2 s-1]

Four apparatuses are available:

  1. Resistivity, thermopower, thermal conductivity and diffusivity, 4 - 300 K.
  2. Resistivity, thermopower and thermal conductivity, 12 - 300 K.
  3. Resistivity and thermopower, 300 - 800 K.
  4. Resistivity and thermopower, 300 - 1200 K.
