English Department
The English Department provides support and assistance on academic writing and other academic skills for the duration of a student’s time at CERGE EI. During the first two years the students receive assistance in the form of mandatory courses while later during their stay at CERGE EI students can receive academic language assistance with tasks such as the Dissertation Proposal, the Dissertation Workshop, and the writing of the dissertation. Members of the English Department are always available for individual consultations on students’ work.
All members of the department are trained and qualified in the teaching of academic skills with many years relevant experience. Personal profiles available here.
