17:30 - 22:00 Official opening of the conference at Křivoklát Castle (bus departure at 16:30 from conference venue)

We would like to remind you that this day:

• registration desk at the conference venue (University of Economics) will be open from 9 am to 5 pm;
  
• Prague walking tours start at 9 am – meeting place is in front of the National Theatre (Laterna Magika) at Narodni street in the city center see the attached map;
• field trips start at 1 pm at the conference venue (University of Economics); all field trips will finish at Krivoklat castle where the opening reception (with some interesting social program and life gothic music) will be held;
• those who are not taking part in field trips and all accompanying persons will go to Krivoklat castle by buses leaving from the conference venue (University of Economics) at 4:30 pm;
• opening reception at Krivoklat castle will be held from 5:30 pm to 9.30 pm (please, be aware that it is historical castle in middle of forests, so it can be cold during evening); the buses will take then participants back to Prague and will drive them to selected hotels.

We would be very happy if we have sunshine the whole day but, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee it. Therefore, please, bear in mind that weather can change and take umbrella for your field trips (and some additional cloths for opening reception at the castle).
