Submission of abstract and paper

For submission of abstract or paper you have to be registred.

After registration you will receive confirmation e-mail with hyperlink and your password to enter in.

And then you can upload your abstract and paper.

Guidelines for the Format of Papers


In order to ensure that all papers are formatted similarly, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:

Papers should not exceed 8000 words

Lay-out:

  • Default font: 12
  • pt. Times New Roman
  • Title: 16 pt., bold
  • Header 1: 14 pt., bold
  • Header 2: bold
  • Header 3: italic
  • References: Harvard style
  • No footnotes
  • Graphs/charts should be inserted as pictures to minimize the file size


Papers should start with an abstract (max. 300 words) and a maximum of 10 keywords.
Papers must be written in error free English.
To facilitate the easy organization of papers you are kindly asked to name your paper starting with paper or abstract your last name, followed by your workshop numbe (see below)
