** To qualify for the student fee, applicants must be able to present proof of enrolment in a bachelor, master or Ph.D. program at an accredited university or college at the time of the registration. Accommodation will be arranged in single room for 4 nights from Sunday June 26 to Thursday June 30. In case of registration of accompanying person the accommodation will be arranged in a double room from Sunday June 26 to Thursday June 30.

Accommodation in hotels "U královny Elišky", "Terezianský dvůr" and "Černigov" includes breakfast.

Student accommodation at hostel Academic does NOT include breakfast. It is possible to arrange it at hostel reception on your own. The price is 69 - 79 CZK (approximatelly 3.2 €).

Hotel "U královny Elišky"

This newly reconstructed hotel is located in the historical centre of the city Hradec Králové. It is situated in a complex of citizen houses dating back to the 14th century. The original basement and vaulting ceilings were preserved.

All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, internet, direct dial telephone, minibar and safe. The hotel offers free entrance to the wellness center. A limited number of parking spaces at the hotel, additional parking area adjacent to the main square (about 300 m from the hotel) and they are charged. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant

Hotel "Tereziánský dvůr"

Hotel "Černigov"

Hotel Černigov offers accommodation in 14-storey building. It is located near the train and bus station. There are single and double rooms with extra beds. It can also be requested for non-smoking room or wheelchair. All rooms include direct dial telephone, television with satellite channels, bathroom with shower and toilet. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant

Connection to Conference Venue: bus number 2,5,6,16 from station "Hlavní nádraží" to station "Adalbertinum" and then 2 minutes by walk. Total travelling time is ca 12 minutes.

Student dormitories - Academic hostel

Hostel Academia offers accommodation in 132 rooms. Rooms are simply furnished. The hostel is equipped with one bathroom per two rooms and one communal WC on each floor. Accommodation does not include breakfast but it is possible to arrange it on your own at hostel reception. It could be served at newly opened Cafe Bar. The price is 69 - 79 CZK (approximatelly 3.2 €) per one brakfast. There are served also other meals in case of your interest.

Connection to Conference Venue: Distance from hostel to the conference venue is approximatelly 1.5 km so it is possible to get to Nove Adalbertinum by walk. The journey takes approximatelly 15 minutes.
