The ability of the fluorine atom to enhance biological and therapeutic activity has led to widespread interest in the selective introduction of fluorine atoms of fluorinated groups into organic molecules. The aim of the project is preparation and application of novel sulfur–based reagents for nucleophilic and radical transfer of tetrafluoroethyl and tetrafluoroethylene groups into organic molecules. |
