Philippe Olivero, Operation Team leader, will present hardware capacities, software tools (batch, storage) and infrastructure. Ghita Rahal, User Support Group leader, will draw an overview of the organisation of the user support for LHC experiments and other groups, tools, etc. They will answer any question about the French LHC-T1.
