Abstrakt:
Recent results from experiments on tobacco seedlings over-expressing a zeatin-O-glucoside-specific maize beta-glucosidase are presented. The plants are hypersensitive to exogenous zeatin and are unable to accumulate zeatin-O-glucoside.
