Kapilární elektroforéza

Capillary electrophoretic analyzer Beckman Coulter P/ACE MDQ

Location:   Department of Electromigration Methods
Responsible person:   Dr. Dušan Koval (phone 220 183 546)

P/ACE MDQ

P/ACE analyzer allows to perform all basic modes of capillary electromigration techniques, zone electrophoresis, isotachophoresis, isoelectric focusing, affinity electrophoresis, electrokinetic chromatography and electrochromatography. Detectors: diode array spectrophotometric detector (190-600 nm) and laser induced fluorescence detector, excitation/emission (488/520 nm).

Capillary electrophoretic analyzer Villa-Labeco EA 101

Location:   Department of Electromigration Methods
Responsible person:   Dr. Dušan Koval (phone 220 183 546)

EA 101

EA 101 analyzer allows to perform several modes of capillary electromigration techniques both in one- and two dimensional arrangement on both preseparation and analytical column. Detectors: contactless conductivity detectors on both columns and UV-VIS spectrophotometric detector (190-600 nm) on analytical column.

Capillary electrokinetic analyzer CE 2

Location:   Department of Electromigration Methods
Responsible person:   Dr. Dušan Koval (phone 220 183 546)

CE 2 is IOCB home-made device a manually operated analyzer with PC-based data acquisition and evaluation (Clarity station, Dataapex, Prague, CR). It allows to perform all basic modes of capillary electromigration techniques: zone electrophoresis, isotachophoresis, isoelectric focusing, affinity electrophoresis, electrokinetic chromatography and electrochromatography. Detectors: home-made photometric detector operating at fixed wavelength 206 nm (high-frequency excited electrodeless discharge lamp, interference filter, Si-photodiode).

Continuous free-flow electrophoresis FFE1

Location:   Department of Electromigration Methods
Responsible person:   Dr. Dušan Koval (phone 220 183 546)

FFE1 is IOCB home-made device allowing to perform all separation modes of electromigration methods in a free solution in the continuous flow-through arrangement with the preparative capacity of 50-100 mg of substance per hour.

Continuous free-flow electrophoresis Weber Octopus

Location:   Department of Electromigration Methods
Responsible person:   Dr. Dušan Koval (phone 220 183 546)

FFE Weber

FFE1 Octopus allows to perform all separation modes of electromigration methods in a free solution in the continuous flow-through arrangement with the preparative capacity of 50-100 mg of substance per hour.
