Xcalibur PX X-ray diffractometer

Crystal structure analyses of small molecules are carried out on Xcalibur PX X-ray diffractometer (Oxford Diffraction) supplemented with Oxford Cryostream cooling device at The Institute of Chemical Technology, Prague.

Xcalibur PX

X-ray diffraction station

The home X-ray diffraction station for protein crystallography was made operational in 1998. The station, as the single Czech facility of this type, is freely accessible also to other local research groups. The facility is frequently used for educational purposes such as demonstrations or practical courses.
