Design and construction of Raman optical activity (ROA) spectrometer, ROA measurements on protein and its amyloid fibril, ROA monitoring of complex formation of chiral molecule and its fine structure in solution, Precise quantum mechanical calculation of ROA and Raman spectra of large peptide, Optical measurements at liquid/liquid interface (Resonance Raman spectroscopy, SERS, UV/vis absorption, Rayleigh scattering imaging, Total internal reflection method).
