Currently supervisor of 4 theses (1 Bc., 1 M.Sc. and 2 Ph.D.); co-supervisor responsible for biological part of the work of several running and finished chemo-ecological theses (both, M.Sc., and Ph.D.).
 
Research interest
Chemical ecology of termites; Termite ontogeny; Regulation of caste composition; Exocrine glands and their possible roles; Ultrastructure of secretory processes.
 
Publications
Author and co-author of 35 research articles in impacted journals (including invited review for Journal of Insect Physiology), 10 articles in national journals, and numerous conference presentations. Article reviews for many international journals including Journal of Insect Physiology, Journal of Chemical Ecology, Naturwissenschaften, Arthropod Structure & Development, Behavioral Ecology and Sociobiology, Insectes Sociaux, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society and others
