- Systematic by Dewey Decimal Classification classmarks
- Alphabetical - working papers are arranged by names of publishing institutions
- Reference collection - includes reference books and the most important textbooks

- Electronic catalogue OLIB - records of publications included in the collection from 1992 on
Loans
- All materials are available for on the spot study
- Checking materials out
- Loan period of 4 weeks applies to loans of all materials except for the oldest titles, textbooks and CERGE-EI working papers
- Short-term loans of reference books and textbooks with the category "Overnight" are provided to CERGE-EI members only
