Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the ASCR, v.v.i

invites applications for the position of junior team leaders in the field of
biochemistry and molecular biology

The institute requires:

• Completed education on the Ph.D. level
• A minimum of 2 years of postgradual experience
• Team-leading ability
• A research program complementing the scientific focus of the institute (see www.uochb.cas.cz)
• An age usually below 35 years

The institute offers:

• The possibility to build a team (with a maximum of 5 co-workers) and begin one's own scientific career
• A possibility to be promoted to among the institute's senior teams on the grounds of a successful evaluation after five years of the junior teams' work

• Possibility of both internal and external cooperation

Timing:

• Applications are to be submitted by February 29, 2012
• Interviews in March 2012
