J. Heyrovsky Institute of Physical Chemistry of the ASCR, v.v.i., offers
*** one postdoctoral position available in the group of Dr. Jiri Pittner.
It is funded by the project GACR 208/12/0559: Ab initio molecular dynamics with non-adiabatic and spin-orbit effects applied to time-dependent fluorescence.
One of the tasks of the postdoctoral fellow will be implementation of spin-orbit coupling into a molecular dynamics code. The position requires knowledge of quantum chemical theory and a prior experience with development of quantum chemical program(s). The applicant must hold a PhD degree in physics or chemistry. Initial duration of the contract will be 2 years, with a possibility for extension.
