Oleh Havrylyshyn

Oleh Havrylyshyn is a research scholar at the University of Toronto's Munk Centre for International Studies. He served as a Ukrainian deputy minister of finance, and as a senior International Monetary Fund official. He advised to various governments, the World Bank, and other international agencies. He is the author and coauthor of many books including: ‘Divergent Paths in Post-Communist Transformation: Capitalism for All or Capitalism for the Few?’ (Palgrave Macmillan, 2006) and ‘From Soviet Disunion to Eastern Economic Community’ (Peterson Institute, 1991).
