Research interest |
We are currently using molecular dynamics simulations in order to study the interaction of ions, peptides and proteins with biomembrane phospholipid bilayers with the goal of understanding the cell penetration mechanism. Additionally, we are also interested in like-charged ion pairing in cationic arginine and lysine polypeptides and its consequences in protein aggregation.
