Novell clients installation

IOCB Novell server provides the possibility for users or working groups temporarily share files of limited size (for other possibilities see section software). For login credentials ask IT group and they can help also with installation.

Short instructions follow below:

1. According to your operating system download the installation archive and extract files onto known destination.
2. Run setupnw.exe and if appropriate choose a language.
3. After restart, in the Advanced section fill Tree (uochb), Context ([your_group].uochb) and Server address 147.231.120.9.
4. If you do not succeed with login, activate check-box Workstation only and consult IT staff.
5. If you need browse higher directories above your group, create System variable MAPROOTOFF and initialize it with value 1 (Start - Settings - System - Advanced - Environment variables - System variables - New).
