Prof. Paul Milgrom: The US Incentive Auctions

Prof. Milgrom (Stanford University) will give a public lecture on his latest work for the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on Incentive auction. Milgrom is the principal adviser to the FCC to help design the Incentive Auction, which is intended to reallocate some of the spectrum now used for over-the-air broadcasting to wireless broadband applications.
