Timothy Radnor has been teaching at CERGE-EI since September 2012. He received his M.A. in Applied Linguistics at the University of Birmingham, UK in 2009. He has been working as an EAP Tutor at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Charles University in Prague since 2012 and an EAP and Linguistics Tutor at the University of New York in Prague since 2011. He has also worked on two EAP pre-sessional summer programmes at the University of Birmingham, UK and as a Teacher Trainer/Line Manager at British Council in Prague from 2004-2011, where his responsibilities were among others mentoring and guiding teachers through their career development programme. His research interests include sociolinguistics, cultural studies, intercultural communication and cultural identity.
