The new guest house of IMG is a small two-storey building located on the Campus of the Institutes of the Academy of Sciences in Prague-Krč. It was opened in 2010 and is situated in a quiet environment close to the IMG building and the building of kindergarten combined with sports facility. In from of the guest house there is a small parking lot, on the other side is an outside terrace overlooking the green.

Altogether 11 rooms are available for accommodation – mostly studios, the largest unit contains two rooms, one with a kitchen corner. All accommodation units possess a small ante-room and their own sanitary facilities. The rooms are furnished and the kitchen contains all appliances. The internet connection is available in all rooms. The building contains a laundry room. The facility is operated in an independent living regime, i.e. with only basic maintenance and cleaning of common spaces. There is no reception, but the administrator can be contacted directly on the campus.
