Research in the areas of chemical kinetics, heterogeneous catalysis, interaction among reactions and transport processes, chemical reactors, bioreactors, microreactors, monolithic reactors for car exhaust detoxification, applied mathematics, numerical methods. Studies of effects of electrical field on chemical and biochemical systems. Nonlinear dynamics of chemical and biochemical systems, dissipative structures, chaos.
Publications: several hundred paper in international journals, six books.
