PROJECT CONTENT
25 771 600 The aim of the project is to establish a Medicinal Chemistry Center integrated within the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry which will focus on applied research and the development of novel compounds with pharmaceutical potential. The Center will be localized in new and remodeled buildings in the Institute campus in Prague 6 Dejvice, Flemingovo square 2. The focus of this project will be to capitalize on the results of a long-term basic research and to add to the chances of novel compounds in their applications in human medicine.
The Medicinal Chemistry Center will follow a long and productive tradition of the Institute in the field of basic research with emphasis on the development of applied research which is an essential requirement for the application of scientific results in clinical practice.
