The workshop under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports is organized jointly by the Institute of Chemical Technology, Joint Research Centre and Technology Centre AS CR. The objective of the workshop is to encourage discussion of the opportunities and challenges of European science for young scientists active in food safety and quality
research. There is no registration fee. The workshop is a pre-event within the

international symposium Recent Advances in Food Analysis 2.
