Payment
The Conference Fee will be an all-inclusive package which will cover all local expenses: registration fee, conference materials, all meals from dinner on Sunday through breakfast on Friday, accommodation (double occupancy with separate beds), social events, and local transportation to/from the Conference site.
For accompanying persons, the fee includes all meals from dinner on Sunday through breakfast on Friday, accommodation (shared), social events, local transportation to/from the Conference site, and all guided tours.
