DG RTD EU in cooperation with the Czech Presidency of the EU organizes the conference Sustainable Development: a challenge for European research, which will be held on May 26 - 28, 2009 in Brussels (Charlemagne Building). The aim of the conference is to initiate a structured dialogue on how to reform European research to best respond to sustainable development challenges, many of which are of international scope. The programme of the conference is partially prepared by the Czech Liaison Office for Research and Development in cooperation with the Czech Permanent Representation in Brussels.
