Animal immunogenetics.
Biological effects of the animal’s ribonucleases have been investigated during the last 30 years. the first experiments were evoked by the isolation of bovine seminal ribonuclease from the bull seminal vesicles and by the finding about its antitumour activity. Thanks to the collaboration with the biochemical workers the recombinant and modified ribonucleases have been prepared and studied mainly from the antitumour effects.
