This year, the Foundation of Josef, Marie and Zdeňek Hlávka will again award:

• The Josef Hlávka Award to the best students and graduates from Prague public universities, Brno technical institute, and young talented researchers from the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.

• The Josef Hlávka Medal to the doyens, founders, and other major personalities in the Czech science and arts as an acknowledgement of their life-long merits in Czech science, arts, and culture.
