- Anticipating Content Technology Needs (ACTEN)
  
  The objective of the project was to support cooperation of EU member states and candidate countries in the area of multimedia industry.

    11 partners from 10 countries were cooperating in the project: Germany, Netherlands, Finland, Austria, France, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Romania.

- Technology and Innovation Foresight for Bulgaria and Romania (ForeTech)
  
  The project aimed at initiating foresight activities in Bulgaria and Romania while using the experience and know-how of the consortium partners from the UK, Hungary and the Czech Republic.

- Fellows for Industry
  
  The objective of the project was to strengthen cooperation between industry and academia in biomedicine and rehabilitation technologies and to increase the innovation potential of European enterprises especially through research fellowships within the Marie Curie Fellowships Programme

    The project team consisted of 12 partners from the following countries: Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Island, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Slovenia, UK
  - Outputs:
    Electronic catalogues of training possibilities in biomedicine and rehabilitation technologies and a catalogue of those interested in research fellowships – which are available at http://www.bit.ac.at/ffi/fellows_for_industry.htm. A study “Selected characteristics of the rehabilitation care in the Czech Republic“ and an overview on “Education and research in the field of medicine and rehabilitation in the Czech Republic“ were elaborated.

- ETISPACK
  
  The objective of the project was to boost participation of SMEs involved in packaging technologies in the European RTD programmes.
- - Partners:
    The project consortium consisted of 12 partners from the following countries: Israel, France, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Italy, Sweden, Germany and Portugal.
  - Outputs:
    35 proposals on CRAFT projects within the 5th Framework Programme were worked out. A brochure Trends in the Packaging Technology was published.

  The objective of the project was to boost participation of SMEs in the 5th Framework Programme.
- - Partners:
    10 partners from 8 countries were cooperating in the project: UK (coordinator), France, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia.
  - Outputs:
    SMEs from countries participating in the project submitted 115 proposals on joint research projects, 42 of which were selected for financing under the 5th Framework Programme

- Baltic Dynamics Initiative (BALTDYN)
  
  The project supported international cooperation and technology development in bioprocesses and medicine. International partner meeting of enterprises and a conference in Prague were the key events of the project.

    7 partners from Latvia, Sweden, Germany, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Estonia and Lithuania were cooperating in the project

    Profiles of participants in the partner meeting: Catalogue of enterprises in the field of technologies for bioprocesses and medicine (85 profiles altogether).

- Proposal of the National Research Programme I
  
  The main objective of the project consisted in proposing thematic and cross-cutting priorities for the National Research Programme. The proposal was prepared under participation of several hundreds leading Czech experts from both research and the application sector. Foreign experience and methodologies were applied in the project (especially “foresight“ and “technology assessment“), which were modified and combined according to the economic and social needs of the Czech Republic.
