Devaky Kunneriath works as a postdoctoral researcher at Prague site of the Astronomical Institute of the Academy of Sciences (group of Relativistic Astrophysics). Formerly she was part of the International Max Planck Research School for Astronomy and Astrophysics at the Max-Planck-Institut für Radioastronomie and the University of Cologne, and completed her Ph.D. in November 2010.

Her research interests are mainly focused on radio interferometric observations of the Galactic centre region. High angular resolution radio interferometry at high frequencies enables us to study in great detail the emission mechanisms of the central region of our Galaxy, which harbours the supermassive black hole source Sagittarius A*.
