Development and implementation of information infrastructure for research and science; history of books and libraries in Czech lands till year 1800. Development of an environment for providing documents in classic and electronic form. Implementation of the uniform librarian information system Aleph 500. Building a work centre for digitalization, archiving and providing primary information resources; methodology processing in this area regarding needs of research and development with priority to rescue and protect Academy collections. Creating secondary and tertiary information resources mapping results most of all from elementary research in the AS CR area; providing these resources to informed public. Book science heuristics and creation of databases of national retrospective bibliography of foreign language bohemical prints from 1501 till 1800.
