Abstract: We study analytically electronic transport through an isolated impurity in strongly correlated 1D system connected to the Fermi liquid (FL) bulk leads. It could be a split-gate structures on top of 2DEG of semiconductor, nanotubes or metallic atomic chains. In 1D case interactions make FL unstable and electrons form a Luttinger liquid (LL) state with bosonic collective excitations. A single impurity problem within non-perturbative LL picture on bosonic language resembles the Josephson equation for ScS junction. We go beyond the well-studied collective tunnelling regime with power-law I-V curves and find a new non-stationary solution related to a sliding of the Friedel oscillation around the impurity. The DC current I is accompanied by coherent AC generation of frequency I/e. The effect reveals if interaction is sufficiently strong and DC bias exceeds a threshold value. We find a shape of I-V curves, spectral density of current noise and critical temperature of this effect.
