TC ASCR supported Czech companies at the Nanotech 2013 fair in Tokyo

Technology Centre ASCR participated in Nanotech 2013 - the 12th Asian most important trade fair in the field of nanotechnology from January 30 to February 1, 2013, and offered presentation space to Czech companies from the field of nanotechnology. 14 companies and research institutes were introduced at the official stand of the Czech Republic, which was organized by the Czech Embassy in Japan and the CzechInvest Agency.

Nine leading research institutes and companies from the nano-technology sector were presented at the TC ASCR stand. Companies Nanoprotex and JIMIplet Respimask had their own representatives there. TC ASCR was also delegated to represent leading research teams from the University of Chemical Technology in Prague, VSB-Technical University of Ostrava, as well as organizations Kertak Nanotechnology, Pardam, NanoIron and Advanced Materials JTJ.

In Japan, the Czech Republic is a respected partner in the field of nanotechnology thanks to several unique technologies owned by Czech companies. Other exhibitors at the Czech stand presented practical applications, such as nanofibers, membranes and filters for wide application.

Prearranged cooperative meetings were held at the fair also this year. The participants had the opportunity to pre-select partners to meet either at the stand or in the premises of the exhibition dedicated to bilateral negotiations. TC ASCR cooperated in the preparation of the Czech participation with CzechInvest and its foreign offices in Tokyo, also with the Enterprise Europe Network partner in Tokyo and their office in Brussels.
