An economist, a graduate of Charles University and University of Oxford. He is based in the Czech Republic as a researcher at the Academy of Sciences and a lecturer at Charles University in Prague. He used to work for private, public as well as non-governmental sectors. He specialises in public finance and international and development economics. He co-authors zIndex evaluating public procurement and Financial Secrecy Index evaluating tax havens. He blogs about economic policy.
