TC hosted the MBA students from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh
A group of MBA students from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh visited Technology Centre as one of the companies, where they under their study wanted to learn about the practical aspects of European innovative entrepreneurship, business incubation and about the public business support.
Speakers from the rank of the Technology Centre management acquainted listeners with the general outline of the research and development condition in the Czech Republic and the European Union as well as with the range of services that TC provides mainly with innovative entrepreneurs. The followed panel discussion with Czech technology start-ups, represented by the companies Inmite, Pardam (Kertak Nanotechnology) and Do-IT, took place. Panelists acquainted the participants with projects in areas of mobile applications, hardware development, development and production of functionalized nanowires and 3D printing technology. During discussion the students, who already had experience of corporate middle management, were also interested in the issue of comparison of public support business in the EU and USA. They learned in more details about activities of business incubators, as well as about the CzechAccelerator program, about CzechInvest agency and about the support through innovation vouchers to entrepreneurs.
With this MBA students visit request the Technology Centre was addressed by the World Strides Capstone programs agency that provided universities with such foreign trips.
