1. How much does the MAE program cost?

Full tuition for complete MAE program is 8500 euro. Students are also expected to cover the living expenses while studying in Prague.

2. Do you offer scholarships?

We offer tuition discounts. Tuition discounts don't exceed 20% of tuition.

3. Can I gain full scholarship?

We don't offer full scholarships. MAE is a tution-based progam and all MAE students pay for their education.

4. Do you offer discounted tuition level for student from developing countries?

CERGE-EI pursues a non-discimination policy and treats all students and applicants equally, regadless their country of origin. MAE tuition doesn't depend on student's county of origin or citizenship.

5. Do I have to pay full sum of tuition at once or can I pay in parts?

No, you don't have to pay the tuiton at once. MAE tuition is paid in 4 installments: (1) tuition deposit to accept the admissions offer, (2)-(4) beginning of each semester.

6. It's my last year at the home university and I will obtain my diploma only in the summer. Can I apply before obtaining the diploma from my home university?

Yes, you can and in fact should apply before obtaining the diploma from your home university. Instead of diploma and transcript, submit your current academic transcript - a list of courses with grades you have obtained so far. If you are admitted to the MAE program, your admission will be conditional on providing us the offical diploma by the beginning of the MAE program.

7. Are the entrance exams?

No, you don't need to pass any entrance exams. The Admissions Committee issues admissions decision based on applicaiton documents provided by yourself.
