Bioinformatics Workshop in collaboration with European Bioinformatics Institute
This course will provide an introductory overview of some of the most commonly used publicly accessible tools and resources for genome browsing, functional genomics,
proteomics and phylogenetics. Delegates will gain hands-on practice of using these data resources, interspersed with some lectures. The workshop is primarily designed
for IOCB employees and our collaborating academy/university partners.
