The Cabinet concentrates on the study of classical tradition and of the ancient civilisation’s influence on cultural life in the Czech lands from the beginnings until present day from the viewpoint of classical philology, biblical studies, medieval studies, Medieval Latin lexicography, Neo-Latin studies, art history, etc.
