What are the k-requirements for a laser to be easy implemented in different industrial applications? In the case of each application there are different parameters that are crucial, but there are some which are important in almost all applications. This talk will try to summarize them. The answer to why power, pulse duration, repetition rate as well as size and weight are the first one to be check will be given. Beside mentioned requirements the way to implement a laser in the system containing movable stages and scanners will be also discussed. Additionally, for one laser in the industry is expected to work 24/7 delivering a stable output with low cost of maintenance. Not less important is to provide good training and fast responding and reliable service.
